As the original owner of QuakerMaid Cabinetry, you have purchased cabinets manufactured to the highest standards of workmanship and materials. QuakerMaid values you as a customer, and proudly stands behind the quality of your purchase with this Lifetime Limited Warranty. QuakerMaid warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship, for as long as you own the products, as QuakerMaid's responsibility does not stop when our products leave the factory. 

This warranty does not apply to (1) any damage to or defect in your QuakerMaid cabinet which is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect, (2) any defect in a product or component not manufactured byQuakerMaid, (3) natural wood features, conditions normally characteristic of the manufacturing or finishing process or those matters referred to in the applicable specification manual, (4) any QuakerMaid cabinet which has been changed or modified in any way or which has been improperly installed, (5) any defect or malfunction not caused directly by QuakerMaid, (6) improper storage, (7) any error in the design or measurement of the kitchen. 

This warranty covers our cabinetry but is limited to the warranty of our suppliers. Materials, parts, products or accessories manufactured by others are limited to the warranty of our suppliers. Our warranty is only honored based upon the availability of matching materials which are used to produce our cabinetry. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty does not apply to these items. 

This warranty applies only to defects and does not apply to: natural aging of mellowing of wood and wood finishes, or normal wear and tear. This warranty further only applies to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER at the ORIGINAL SITE of installation. 

The obligations of QuakerMaid under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, as we may determine, the defective QuakerMaid cabinet or part thereof at the option of QuakerMaid and does not include expenses involved in shipping, removing or installing of product(s). This warranty only applies to components of the cabinetry to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of any defect in yourQuakerMaid cabinet you must notify the QuakerMaid dealer from whom you purchased it. 

QuakerMaid SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR WHICH RELATES TO OUR PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

In keeping with its continuous refinement policy, QuakerMaid reserves the right to alter specifications, styles and products without general notice or obligation to make similar changes in products previously produced or sold.
